- “Partner” means any hotel, property owner, operator, manager, or authorized representative listing accommodations on Snapiyo.
- “Booking” means a reservation made through the Platform.
- “Schedule-Based Booking” means a booking made for a selected check-in date, time, and duration shown on the Platform.
- “Usage Fees” means the booking amount payable together with applicable taxes, platform charges, or other disclosed charges.
2. Scope of Services
Snapiyo operates as a technology platform that enables users to discover, compare, and book listed accommodations for durations and schedules shown on the Platform.
Snapiyo may also provide onboarding, listing, support, payment facilitation, partner tools, analytics, and related services for property partners.
Snapiyo acts as a facilitator of listings, bookings, and related platform services. The actual accommodation service is provided by the relevant property partner, subject to the property’s rules and the confirmed booking details.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
- You may be required to create an account to make bookings or access certain platform features.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access or security issue related to your account.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must carefully review accommodation details, amenities, pricing, cancellation terms, check-in requirements, and duration details before booking.
- Users must provide correct guest and payment information.
- Users must comply with property rules, these Terms, platform policies, and applicable laws.
- Users shall use the Platform only for genuine, lawful, and personal booking purposes unless otherwise expressly permitted.
- Users are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required documents at the time of check-in.
- Snapiyo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the booked accommodation.
5. Partner Responsibilities
- Partners must provide accurate and current information about their property, room inventory, pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.
- Partners must honor confirmed bookings subject to lawful refusal grounds and disclosed property policies.
- Partners are responsible for compliance with hospitality, safety, tax, registration, and local legal requirements.
- Partners must keep schedule availability updated to reduce booking conflicts and guest inconvenience.
6. Booking and Reservation
- Users may browse and book accommodations based on the schedules, durations, pricing, and conditions shown on the Platform.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation, availability, payment verification, fraud checks, and any applicable property requirements.
- A schedule-based booking is valid only for the selected check-in date, check-in time, and duration shown in the confirmation.
- Late arrival, early departure, no-show, or change requests may be governed by the property’s policy, booking policy, or platform rules.
- Snapiyo may refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking if fraud, misuse, duplicate activity, false information, payment risk, or violation of law or policy is reasonably suspected.
7. Pricing and Payment
- Usage Fees will be as displayed on the Platform at the time of booking, together with applicable taxes and disclosed charges.
- Pricing may vary depending on schedule, duration, city, property, demand, taxes, offers, and availability.
- Snapiyo may support online payment, UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, pay-at-property, or other modes enabled from time to time.
- You must use only lawful and authorized payment instruments for booking transactions.
- Any third-party charges imposed by banks, payment processors, or gateways shall be your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
8. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling
- Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and no-show policies may vary by property, booking type, payment mode, and offer terms.
- You must review the applicable policy shown at the time of booking.
- Where Snapiyo collects the booking amount, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable policy, subject to partner terms, taxes, payment processor timelines, and lawful deductions.
- Where payment is made directly to the property partner, the refund may be handled by the partner according to the applicable policy.
9. Platform Use Restrictions
- You must not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- You must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or provide false details.
- You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform or its systems.
- You must not upload malware, harmful code, or any material that disrupts platform operations.
- You must not misuse coupons, promotions, offers, referral benefits, or pricing mechanisms.
- You must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Snapiyo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of listings, or uninterrupted availability of any accommodation.
10.2 Third-party and partner-controlled services
Snapiyo does not control the day-to-day operations of listed properties and is not responsible for property-specific acts, omissions, service deficiencies, local restrictions, or stay conditions attributable to the partner.
10.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapiyo, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or Services.
To the extent permitted by law, Snapiyo’s total liability in connection with any specific booking shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Snapiyo for that booking.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all transactions through the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India.
